EVAluate (evaluate.team) is a performance hub for teams playing EVA After-H. This page describes, in plain terms, the data handled by the site and by the Chrome extension "EVAluate - synchronisation".
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is the association Horse of Troyes HOT, publisher of the site, represented by its president Josselin Lespagnol. Requests about your data are addressed to him. The publisher's full identity is on the Legal notice page.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address (magic-link sign-in, no password) and, once your account is linked, the public ID of your EVA account and your nickname.
- Your game data (through the extension, only when you click "Sync"): your After-H match history as EVA provides it (maps, modes, scores, dates, stats of the players present in the game), your official EVA Competitive matches (opponents, rounds, results) and the rosters of the teams you faced in competition (public nicknames).
- Your reports: if you use the site's report button, the message and screenshot you choose to send.
What we never collect
- No password: the extension works inside sessions you are already signed in to; temporary technical tokens are used then discarded, never stored. When your account is first linked, the EVA session token is sent once to evaluate.team to verify your identity, then immediately forgotten.
- No browsing: the extension does not read the pages you visit, does not track your activity and only runs when you trigger it. Its access is limited to three domains: api.eva.gg, competitive.eva.gg and evaluate.team.
- No advertising, no resale: your data is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
What about other teams?
The question that comes up most is not about privacy but about strategy: can an opposing team see our strong maps? No. A team's public profile is limited to its name, its win rate in official competition, its number of matches, its last five results, its breakdown by competition and its roster. No map, no side, no KDA, not a single practice game. All of it is already public on EVA Competitive, we only reshape it. What you see of another team is exactly what it sees of you.
Where the data goes and who sees it
- Data is stored with Supabase (hosted in the European Union) and is only used to produce the statistics shown on evaluate.team.
- Your statistics are visible to you and to the active members of your team. Games also contain the public stats of the opponents present, as in the game itself.
- Every upload is traced (who contributed what), which makes it possible to cleanly remove the data of a player who asks for it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data. Write to contact@evaluate.team, or use the report button available on the site once signed in. We reply within 30 days.
